Your personalized program will radically improve your health and
happiness. Together, we’ll explore concerns specific to you and your body
and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
During the course of the program, you will:

Your program includes:
∙Two one-hour sessions per month
∙Email support between sessions
∙Handouts and other materials
∙Food samples and self-care products
∙Free attendance to any seminars and group sessions scheduled during
your program plus 3 months.
**Can include education, wellness, spiritual well-being, relationships, more
energy, weight loss, sleep concerns, bad habits/addictions, and other areas you
may be struggling with in your life. They are all an integrative part of your health.

Same as 6 month with enhanced longevity and easier transition to flying solo long term. Statistics prove that it takes at least 6 months and many times 12 months to make those changes for good. My services are not intended to be temporary solutions or a means of generating repeat business. There is no quick “fix.” There is work and there is practice until practice becomes the way you live. That’s what it takes and you are worth it.
Group workshops planned for the future pending feedback from the community. Topics will center on nutrition, eating healthy on a budget, sorting out the confusion, reading labels, how to shop and stock your kitchen, and how cooking healthy is easy.
Other workshops for women center around learning to sort through all the other noise to recognize, hear and believe their own voice.
