3 Month Program - Health and Wellness Success

Welcome to your program. 

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and 

happiness. Together, we’ll explore concerns specific to you and your body 

and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.  

During the course of the program, you will:

∙Explore new foods 

∙Understand and reduce cravings 

∙Increase energy 

∙Feel better in your body 

∙Improve personal relationships  

∙Become more confident in your environment and in your skin 

∙Discover your own voice and your own strengths.

∙Two one-hour sessions per month 

∙Support between sessions

This program is not meant to take the place  of  medical providers , psychologists, psychiatrists or counselors.    We do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.   We do not write prescriptions or diets.  



6 Month Program - Health and Wellness Success

Same as other program  with enhanced longevity and easier transition to flying solo long term.  Statistics prove that it takes at least 6 months and many times 12 months to make those changes for good. My services are not intended to be temporary solutions or a means of generating repeat business. There is no quick “fix.” There is work and there is practice until practice becomes the way you live.  That’s what it takes and you are worth it.

It Ain't All Salads

Group workshops planned for the future pending feedback from the community. Topics will center on nutrition, eating healthy on a budget, sorting out the confusion, reading labels, how to shop and stock your kitchen, and how cooking healthy is easy.

Women

Other workshops for women center around learning to sort through all the other noise to recognize, hear and trust their own voice.
