Our CDC-approved 12 month curriculum includes lessons, handouts, and other resources to help you in your diabetes prevention or pre-diabetic journey. Pathway of Health is specially trained to lead the program, to help you learn new skills, encourage you to set and meet goals, and keep you motivated. If you would like to lose weight, feel better and have more energy, this program is for you.
Our health and wellness coaching programs are customized to you and allow you to drive the agenda. We explore all aspects of your life that nourish you, such as your relationships, career, physical activity, nutrition, and spirituality. We offer 6 or 12 months for long-term results that help you find power and confidence to make changes and accomplish your goals.
Thank you for visiting. My name is Marlene Phillips and I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) as well as a Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Lifestyle Coach. I became a Health Coach during my search for healing after a series of personal traumas. Subsequent to discovering my own path to wellness, I realized a passion to help others improve their overall wellness in all aspects of their life. I received my initial training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, coaching skills, and business development. I offer individual health and nutrition programs based on each client’s personal and self-driven goals. In the near future I will be able to offer more workshops and classes with emphasis on the integration of bio- individuality, integrative nutrition (all of life that feeds us) and helping others to establish their own unique path of wellness.
