The Pathway Of Health NPP Lifestyle Change Program is a 12 month commitment that is scientifically proven to save lives by postponing or preventing diabetes for participants who complete the program. Many employers and insurances pay for this program because it succeeds.

The CDC-led National Diabetes Prevention Program helps people with pre-diabetes make lasting lifestyle changes to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.
Description: What is prediabetes? Your blood sugar is higher than normal
but it is not high enough to be diagnosed with diabetes (type 2 diabetes).
If you have prediabetes, you are more likely to

2. Get heart disease
3. Experience a stroke. *
Are you at risk for diabetes? One out of every three Americans has prediabetes

Working with a trained Lifestyle Coach in a CDC recognized organization, you’ll
learn to eat healthy, add physical activity into your life, and manage stress. With
other participants, you’ll celebrate successes and work to overcome challenges.
Pathway of Health follows the strict curriculum of the evidence-based CDC
program of lifestyle change for anyone who is at risk with pre-diabetes. You must
be 18 and not pregnant to qualify for this program and you cannot have been
diagnosed of diabetes. You will be attending support group meetings every week
for the first six months of this program and then at least once a month (depending
on your group’s preference) for the last 6 months. More information about this
